We accept returns requested within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are unworn or unused, tagged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns in South Korea and internationally, you're responsible for return shipping. We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact contact@saltdollstore.com before sending anything back, some items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Read the full policy.

Exchanges are typically granted for defective or damaged items. For size or color changes, the fastest process is to initiate a return for store credit or a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.

You may request to cancel or modify your order at no charge before it has been processed for shipment. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation is no longer available and you'll need to follow the return process. Contact contact@saltdollstore.com as soon as possible with your order number.

To request a return or exchange, log in to your customer account and find the order you'd like to return. From there, you can submit a return request directly. Once we receive your request, we'll review it and get back to you within 1–3 business days with next steps, including return shipping instructions.

Please note:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
- For exchanges (e.g. a different size or color), return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like
